ALAMEDA COUNTY

19 November  In Oakland, a Cattle Egret was at Lake Merritt along the shoreline by the duck-feeding area..  Tom Condit

11 November  In Oakland, at least 10 Barrow's Goldeneye were at Lake Merritt..  Mike Ezekiel

9 November  In Oakland, a Blue-winged Teal was at Arrowhead Marsh (Martin Luther King Jr Regional Shoreline)..  Mike Ezekiel

6 November  At Del Valle Regional Park southeast of Livermore, there was a male Yellow-bellied Sapsucker. From the entrance kiosk, go straight across the bridge, then turn right. Go to the first parking lot on the right and park near the restrooms. From the disabled parking spaces, go left to the picnic table and look behind it in the oaks to the right of the trail toward the lake.  Art Edwards
