| Description: | Celebrate and participate in the Great Backyard Bird Count! Join us February 14th at Mori Point in Pacifica for fascinating birding in a changing habitat. Mori Point has been undergoing restoration by Trails Forever, including a new boardwalk, man-made ponds for Red-legged Frogs, and plantings of native vegetation – all of which is attracting birds. California Thrashers have returned after an absence of 30 years. Directions: Meet at 8 AM at the trailhead at Bradford Way, Pacifica, and dress warmly! |
